Reporting a Problem with Fondren Library's Online Resources

Use this form to report a problem with the library's online resources.

Please use this form to notify us if you are experiencing problems related to online resources (indexes, electronic journals, databases, encyclopedias, etc.).


You may make reports anonymously, but this will prevent us from notifying you of any action that may be taken.


The Fondren Library Digital Alerts page describes known service outages and suggested alternatives and/or anticipated repair time (if known).

If a journal, what year and/or issue? **If an error message is displayed, what does that message say? At what point in your use of the online resource did the error message appear?
