Find Articles from a Specific Journal

Find where this journal is indexed

•    Look up the journal title in Ulrich's Periodicals and note where it is indexed (it may be included in several different indexes)

•    Most electronic indexes can be limited to search a single journal  (check source list)

•    Journals in electronic format can be searched by keyword/subject directly online

Find articles from citations (knowing what article you need)

• Online journals generally list articles by year/volume number for quick retrieval

• Print journal titles are listed in the catalog, write call number and retrieve from stacks or microform
