All high school students who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian, or who do not possess a Rice University ID must present this signed form upon entering the Fondren Library.

  • Print this page and fill out the Form
  • have it signed by the high school librarian.
  • present it upon entering Fondren Library or fax it to the Circulation Desk (713) 348-6264
